How does the laptop support program work?
We know that a one-off device sale doesn’t help you in the long run. So with our 1:1 Laptop Program we provide your school with a dedicated specialist technician, who can deliver ongoing support and IT problem-solving as you need it.
How quickly can your repair a broken laptop?
Your students shouldn’t have to wait days for their laptop to be repaired, so we’ve made it as quick as possible to get them up and running. We can proudly boast that 85% of our support tickets are completed within the same day, and 98% fixed within 24 hours. We repair your devices at school, too, without the need to visit your students’ homes.
Is there a capped-price for accidental damage?
Accidents happen—we get it. We promise a $100 cap fee on accidental damage incurred against our laptops.
Can you set up the devices for us?
You don’t want to deal with multiple vendors—you can leave that to us. Our technical specialists liaise with our laptop vendors directly, providing complete device setup, so they arrive at your school ready to go. All the preset applications, operating systems, integrations, and images are all there and ready to be used immediately.
Are your devices secure?
